HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIGEN (HBsAg) CONFIRMATION

Reactive HBV Neutralization indicates that the patient has circulating Hepatitis B surface antigen. All screen positives must be confirmed by neutralization procedure to rule out false positives due to interfering substances.
