FLOW CYTOMETRY, CD 45

CD45 is also known as Leukocyte common antigen (LCA) which is used as a first line marker to differentiate leukemias/lymphomas from poorly differentiated hematopoietic tumors. It is expressed on almost all hematopoietic cells except for mature erythrocytes.
