ALLERGY, MILK (Doodh)

Milk can be sourced from buffalo, cow or goat. Buffalo milk is creamier with a high fat content. Cow’s milk is a major cause of allergies in infants. Goat milk is a good substitute for people allergic to cow’s milk or those who are lactose intolerant. Symptoms of allergy include wheezing, vomiting, hives & digestive problems.
