Soybean is a rich source of protein specially for vegetarians. It also has a high fibre content. Soy allergy usually starts in infancy with reaction to soy based infant formula. Symptoms include nausea, vomiting, pain abdomen, hay fever, wheezing & runny nose. Soybean has atleast 28 allergy causing proteins.
