FLOW CYTOMETRY, CD 10 (CALLA)

CD10/Common Acute Lymphoblastic leukemia Antigen (CALLA) is a marker of B-cell lineage tumors like Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) & B-cell Non Hodgkin lymphomas. CD10 acts as a prognostic marker as the CD10 positive ALL cells are rendered more susceptible to chemotherapeutic agents.
