FLOW CYTOMETRY, CD 22

CD22 is a B-cell marker whose expression is used to differentiate neoplastic cells of B-cell chronic lymphoproliferative disorders from admixed benign B-cells. It is positive in early B-cell precursors, pre B-cells, resting & activated B-cells.
