H1N1 (SWINE FLU) QUALITATIVE, REAL TIME PCR

This test is intended for the detection of Influenza A, H1N1 virus (Swine Flu), Influenza B and H3N2. Real Time PCR assay is based on the detection of 5 targets in the sample namely influenza A, Influenza A H1N1(pdn09), Influenza B, H3N2 & Human RNase P gene which serves as a positive control for the presence of human nucleic acids.
