HEPATITIS B VIRUS GENOTYPING, DRUG RESISTANCE & QUANTITATIVE PCR

For detection & genotyping of HBV. The mutations analysed include M204I (YMDD to YIDD), L180M, M204V (YMDD to YVDD), A181 T/V and N236T. These mutations are known to cause resistance to Lamivudine, Telbivudine, Entecavir, Adefovir and Tenofovir.
